Cardio Kick Boxing provides a dynamic total body aerobic workout which incorporates a variety of punches, kicks and other standard karate techniques to high intensity music. Strengthening your Cardio Vascular system as well as toning and strengthening your muscles. Our classes are also anaerobic through resistance training by doing all techniques on freestanding heavy bags.
